FA Mode — simplified differential imaging for quick fault localization. SanjANALYZER — perform advanced analysis on previously acquired data; opened via "Open SanjANALYZER." Calibration — calculates the thermoreflectance coefficient (TR) or emissivity (IR) of specific surfaces on a device; accurate temperature readings require this calibration coefficient. Steady State — creates transient thermal image files containing raw data for low-frequency thermal images.
